Since 2000, I have been a Web Designer / Developer with front-end skills (a.k.a. HTML & CSS coding) designing, branding, and maintaining website and communications design that is easy to navigate and focuses attention on the client’s product. I work closely with my clients to understand their goals and aesthetics while infusing my sensibility for clean, simple design to present the client's information.
Every project allows me to use past knowledge while challenging myself to expand by using new tools and technology in this quickly evolving field of work.
Except for a few occasions, I have done all design and coding for the website, email newsletter, and book design seen in my portfolio.
When I work with a client or another designer on a project, I believe in clear communications through detailed emails and phone conversation.
This allows for everyone to feel comfortable in every step of the project and to be efficient in problem solving and achieving our goals.
I can create a unique design to suit your needs or help update an existing design.

I prepared photographs for the website by saving them for the web with a watermark created for GMA Images, keywording metadata into the file information using Picmark, Bridge, and Photoshop. Then I consulted GMA Images to improve the user experience by developing the layout using the existing Enterprise Software Applications for the News, About Us, Our Partners, and photographer's portfolio pages. |

| Istok Media fashion designers blog
Istok Media made a road trip across America and wanted to provided new content (texts and videos) of their fashion finds while traveling. Their travels have since gone worldwide. By utilizing the content management system of Wordpress, updates can be made by Istok Media as needed without my support and is used as an archive. I ustomized the design to suite the clean aesthetic of Istok Media (and me) to focus on the amazing discoveries, and allow others to share their comments. |

Email marketing is an inexpensive, fast, effective way to communicate directly with your target audience. I develop email design templates that match your branding. I create designs using HTML, CSS, and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Bridge that can be used independently with Constant Constant, MailChimp, or Emailer by Adbase.
Using Constant Constant or MailChimp allows you to update and deliver emails yourself or I can manage it for you. Managing this service is a seamless experience within Constant Contact's or MailChimp's software. I customize the designs taking into consideration the viewer experience for large computer monitors, laptops, and mobile devices, as well as browsers allowing (or not allowing) you to see all content when you emails are delivered and opened. You can monitor the open and click-through and opt-in and opt-out metrics.
